SystemTools module.

Hi,
The Oberon subsystem opens in revision.10272 but <Backspace>, <F1> and <F2> lack functionality. HotKeys has pre-empted Oberon functionalities?

I found a note that <F12> should disable or toggle HotKeys. In 10272 <F12> gives a report in the log that a SystemTools command doesn't exist.

SystemTools was omitted inadvertently?
